The State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources postponed the adoption of the Instruction on land plot boundaries transfer (renewal) in kind (in the field) and their fixation with boundary mounts.

The said Instruction will become effective as of the 01 January 2011 according to the Decree issued by the State Committee on Land Resources on 19 July 2010.

Pursuant to the document, until the Instruction isn’t yet effective the boundary mounts set in order to fix the land plot boundaries in kind (in the field) shall be deemed proper and may be changed at the landowner’s/land user’s sole discretion
