The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine registered the Decree No.376 ‘On approval of the Instruction on land boundaries establishment (renewal) in the field (in kind) and marking’ issued by the State Committee on Land Resources on 18 May 2010. That was informed by the press service of the Ministry of Justice.

The Instruction comes into force in a month after its official publication.

The document in question was registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 16 June 2010 under the registration No.391/17686.
