• projects of real estate under reconstruction
• pledged commercial real estate

«Silver Centre» is also interested in purchase of corporate rights to agricultural enterprises that lease land plots ‘for production of agricultural produce’ at least 3000 ha.
Based on a comprehensive appraisal of feasibility and expediency of the project, the Company participates in investment projects of various scale and duration, some of them being financed at Company’s own expense, some of the projects are implemented jointly with another investors on a partnership basis.

Project management by Client’s request, including obtaining all the permits needed for the construction, facilitation in utilities connection (electricity-, gas- and water supply, etc.), including projection, getting approvals and construction.
